Prop Challenge - Hero Modeling
Building concept While this looks like it could be modular, I would think for the challenge you could just build it out right. Remember to think about how the building is separate parts and how the parts would rest on each other. Signage is probably the biggest part of this asset, it will make more break this piece.
Prop Challenge 2 - Modeling
House Design A stylized piece. Looking at the large shapes you could probably model this and texture it without ever baking normals and just focusing on shape and texture.
Substance Challenge - Material
Coral Surface Its all about that surface detail. Getting the roughness right is going to be key as well as the difference in height between each bulb to alleviate the tiling feel.
