The Deadline is purely to indicate the start of the next challenge, if you need more time to finish up that's okay.

The challenge is 2 months long. Plan stages for those 2 months with your own deadlines to be able to achieve quite a lot.

ENVIRONMENT // HUMAN THINGS

An environment made from ‘Giant’ props! (Spoiler - they are regular size and the player is tiny!)

Shift your perspective to that of a bug, and how they view the world, all the obstacles they have that are tiny details to a human, and how that can make for an interesting gameplay experience.

PROPS // PLANTS

Think of how high fidelity these plants will need to be when they are 10x the player's size - what workflow changes are required - and how creatively can you compose them?!

MATERIALS // NATURE

Getting down with nature - what interesting surfaces would be apparent in your garden? Again think of how close you will get to these surfaces, and all the details you’d normally skip over in a third-person, regularly scaled game!
